7. International Data Transfers
Halzio is based in Scotland and primarily processes your data within the UK. Where any of our service providers operate outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including UK adequacy regulations, International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs), or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO.

Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. If you are signed in, go to the to start account closure. We will send a one-time verification code to your registered email before your account is anonymised. Alternatively, email support@halzio.com from the email address registered on your account. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires (for example transactional or tax records).
10. Children's Privacy
The Halzio platform is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact support@halzio.com and we will take prompt steps to delete the information.
